Utility Payment - ACH Authorization Agreement

You can now have your bills automatically deducted from your checking account. Please fill out the form provided and attach a voided check or deposit slip with your account and routing number on it. 

Your account will be deducted on the 10th of every month. If the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday, we will move to the next business day. 

The first bill you receive after setting up auto-pay will not show PD BY DRAFT. Your second bill will show that on the bill. If you have any questions, please call our office.  See example in link below *Copy of ACH Bill*
