Water Contracts

Water Contracts are to be turned into City Hall the day of or closest to the first day of occupancy. 

 For Rentals, please provide the following:( See printable Tenant Water Contract below)

1. $200 Water Rental Deposit cash or check - this remains on file and will be used to pay your final bill
2. Tenant Water Contract Front page filled out by tenant Back page filled out and signed by Landlord 
3. Water meter reading

1. Completed Water Owner Contract
2. Meter Reading
