Building Permit
The building permit application can be printed off of the City's Website or picked up at City Hall. When submitting your application, we do require an original but you can now submit your drawings or site plans through email. The $35 Permit fee is paid by cash or checks when the application is submitted to the Kalona City Hall.

The turnaround time for a completed permit is 3-5 business days.
Are you submitting a building permit for North Ridge Subdivision?
When submitting your permit please include the following items:
- Completed Building Permit
- Site Plans
- Declarant's approval letter - Must be signed by Moyna Holdings Representative Example Document
